A distinctive herbal liqueur that is as flexible as it is complex. Floral aromatics ensnare the senses with hop and lavender marrying savory fennel and pear. Flavor is rich, with fruit forward notes enveloped in a numbing tannic sensation that persists. Enjoy neat as an aperitif or digestive, in your favorite cocktail, or in a Sandbar Spritz™.
?A foundation of hyper local Red Winter Wheat is the nexus. Three distinctly different lavender varieties are steeped for floral complexity and flavor. Terpenic hops add underlying bitterness. Balance is bolstered by backsweetening with bartlett pear. Fennel and quassia bark add further savor, bitterness and depth.

Base Neutral Grain Distillate: Soft Red Winter Wheat soured form Valley View Farm in East Jordan Michigan.
Herbs, Hops & Botanicals:
Lavender sourced from Lavender Hill Farm in Charlevoix Michigan
Chinook Hops sourced from Michigan Hop Alliance in Omena Michigan
Fennel, Quassia from independent botanical supplier.
Bartlett Pear from King Orchards in Central Lake Michigan.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
