Ethanology Bruma™ Gin
A gin full of vibrancy, inspired by the dynamic winters of Northern Michigan.
Hiems™ gin begins with aromas of resinous citrus, tart fruit, and subtle mint. An incredibly integrated palate follows presenting soft conifer, a whisper of orange zest and spice. The spirit finishes long, with warmth, a delicate tingle, and smooth transition.
Composition:
Base Neutral Grain Distillate: Red Winter Wheat sourced from Valley View Farm in East Jordan Michigan.
Northern Michigan Winter Inspired Botanicals: Eastern European Juniper, Fig, Frankincense, Mint, Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Allspice, Licorice root, Orris Root, Angellica.
Proudly, grown, milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and bottled in Northern Michigan.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
